Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Juice Cult mobile application ("App"), website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Juice Cult ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • Registration requires a valid Indian mobile number verified via OTP.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each user is limited to one active account.

4. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis as per the selected plan.
  • Delivery occurs daily between 5:00 AM and 8:30 AM IST, based on your serviceable pincode.
  • Order Lock: All orders for the next day are locked at 8:00 PM IST. Modifications (skip, swap, pause) must be submitted before the lock time.
  • Pause: Subscriptions may be paused for a maximum of 15 consecutive days. Pause requests must be submitted before the daily lock time.
  • Frequency Options: Daily, Alternate Day, or Custom (specific days of the week).
  • Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Payment is processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway (UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking).
  • Wallet balances may be used as a payment method at checkout.
  • Invoice(s) with GST breakdown are generated for every successful transaction and available in the App.
  • Referral Credits: Referral wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promo Codes: Promo codes are subject to terms specified at the time of issuance (minimum cart value, expiry, usage limits).

6. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is available only in serviceable pincodes within Delhi NCR.
  • Delivery is attempted once per day within the scheduled time window.
  • Preferred time slots ("Before 6 AM," "6-7 AM," "7-8:30 AM") are best-effort and not guaranteed.
  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or access issues are not eligible for refund.
  • Empty bottle collection is the customer's responsibility. Bottles must be left at the designated delivery point.

7. Cancellation & Refund

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the App.
  • Refund Calculation: Pro-rata refund = Total Paid − (Delivered Days × Daily Rate).
  • 24-Hour Grace Period: You may undo a cancellation within 24 hours to restore your subscription to its previous state.
  • After the 24-hour grace period, cancellation is final.
  • Wallet refunds are credited instantly; original payment method refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

8. Juice of the Day (JOTD)

  • JOTD is a daily curated juice selection announced at 7:00 PM IST.
  • Adding JOTD to your cart is subject to the 8:00 PM IST order lock.
  • If the JOTD price exceeds your subscribed SKU price, the difference is debited from your wallet (with insufficient balance blocking the swap).
  • JOTD swap is subject to your declared allergy profile. Allergen-containing juices are automatically blocked.

9. Kill-Switch & Substitution

  • In the event a SKU is unavailable (ingredient shortage, quality issue), Juice Cult reserves the right to substitute with an allergy-safe alternative ("Chef's Surprise").
  • Affected users will be notified via WhatsApp/App notification.
  • No refund or compensation is applicable for substitutions of equal or greater value.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate referral rewards, promo codes, or wallet credits through fraud or collusion.
  • Provide false location data, addresses, or allergy information.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

Juice Cult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
