Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Juice Cult App:

  • Navigate to My Subscriptions → Select subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Provide a cancellation reason (optional but appreciated)

1.2 Refund Calculation

  • Formula: Refund Amount = Total Paid − (Number of Delivered Days × Daily Rate)
  • Paused days are not counted as delivered days.
  • Any applicable taxes are refunded proportionally.
  • Refund is credited to your Juice Cult wallet or the original payment method.

1.3 24-Hour Grace Period

  • You may undo your cancellation within 24 hours of submitting it.
  • The undo action restores your subscription to its previous state (same plan, SKU, frequency, and remaining tenure).
  • After 24 hours, the cancellation is irreversible.

1.4 Auto-Renewal Cancellation

  • If you have an active e-Mandate with Razorpay, cancellation also revokes the mandate.
  • If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, the current cycle runs to completion without further charges.

2. One-Time Order Cancellation

  • One-time orders may be cancelled before 8:00 PM IST on the day of ordering.
  • After the 8:00 PM lock, one-time orders cannot be cancelled as production has commenced.
  • Cancellation before lock: Full refund to wallet or original payment method.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund status can be tracked in Wallet → Transactions.
  • If a refund is not received within 7 business days, contact support@juicecult.com.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or access issues.
  • Orders modified or cancelled after the 8:00 PM IST daily lock.
  • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, civil unrest).
  • Juice spoilage due to customer not refrigerating the product after delivery.
  • Bottles damaged due to customer negligence.

5. Quality Issues & Replacement

5.1 Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery via the App (My Orders → Contest Delivery) or contact support.
  • Provide photo proof of the issue.
  • We will replace the item on the next delivery day OR credit the full amount to your wallet.
  • No cash refunds are issued for quality complaints.

5.2 Allergic Reaction

  • If you receive a product containing an allergen declared in your profile, report immediately.
  • Full refund to wallet + complimentary Chef's Surprise on next delivery.
  • Incident is logged and escalated to quality assurance.

5.3 Broken Bottle (Transit Damage)

  • Rider or Hub Manager reports breakage.
  • Automatic wallet credit for the full juice amount.
  • WATI notification sent: "We broke your juice! Refunded to wallet."
  • Inventory adjusted automatically.

6. Wallet Withdrawal Refund

  • Wallet withdrawal requests are subject to a processing fee: 2% gateway fee + ₹20 processing fee.
  • Withdrawals require admin approval before payout is processed via Razorpay.
  • If the withdrawal is rejected, the full amount is returned to your wallet.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

1. Contact support within 7 days with your order details.

2. Our team will review within 48 hours.

3. If unresolved, you may escalate to grievance@juicecult.com.

4. Final resolution within 15 business days.
