Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, any prepaid days you have not yet received will be refunded as wallet credits within 24 hours.

2. One-Time Orders

Due to the perishable nature of cold-pressed juices, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Quality Issues

If you receive a juice that does not meet our quality standards:

  • Damaged or spoiled: Full replacement or wallet credit
  • Wrong item: Full replacement at no extra charge
  • Missing items: Immediate re-delivery or wallet credit

4. Wallet Credits

Refunds are credited to your Juice Cult wallet within 24 hours. Wallet credits can be used for all future orders and subscriptions. Withdrawal to a bank account incurs a processing fee.

5. Cleanse Programmes

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start date are not eligible for refunds.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via Help & Support in the app, or email support@juicecult.in with your order ID and a photo of the issue (for quality complaints).

7. Processing Time

All valid refunds are processed within 24 hours as wallet credits.
