What is cold-pressed juice and how is it different? +
Cold-pressed juice is made using a hydraulic press that applies thousands of pounds of pressure to extract maximum juice from fruits and vegetables. Unlike standard centrifugal juicers, it uses no fast-spinning blades or heat. This prevents oxidation and preserves 100% of the active vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Every sip is nutrient-dense and tastes incredibly clean.
Do you add sugar, water, or preservatives to your juices? +
Never. Every bottle of Juice Cult is 100% pure cold-pressed juice. We add absolutely zero sugar, zero water, zero preservatives, and zero artificial colors. It is raw, natural, and fresh juice just as nature intended.
Are you FSSAI licensed? +
Yes, Juice Cult operates under a valid food license issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our license number is 23321006001334. We follow strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards in our kitchen.
What is the shelf life of cold-pressed juice? +
Because our juices are raw and completely free of chemical preservatives or heat-pasteurization, they have a shelf life of 72 hours (3 days). They must be kept refrigerated at all times (under 4°C) and consumed cold.
Ordering & Cutoff
What is the 8 PM order cutoff? +
At Juice Cult, we run a zero-inventory, fresh-press model. This means we only source ingredients and press juices that have been ordered. The cutoff is 8 PM IST daily. Orders placed before 8 PM are pressed fresh overnight and delivered the next morning. Orders placed after 8 PM will be delivered the morning after next.
How do subscription plans work? +
Subscriptions let you customize a delivery calendar for daily cold-pressed juices. You can choose your juices, pause deliveries when traveling (up to 15 days), or swap products via the calendar in the web app. Subscriptions offer discounts of up to 15% compared to one-off orders.
Is there a minimum order value? +
Yes, to ensure sustainable logistics, the minimum checkout cart value is ₹499. For subscription orders, there is no delivery fee.
Delivery & Logistics
Which areas in Delhi NCR do you deliver to? +
We serve major locations across Delhi NCR including Gurgaon, Dwarka, South Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. You can read more details on our dedicated Delivery Page.
What are your delivery timings? +
We deliver daily (Monday to Saturday) between 5:00 AM and 8:30 AM IST. We do not deliver on Sundays.
What happens if I miss my delivery? +
Our riders will call you on arrival. If you are unavailable, we can leave the chilled insulated bag with your security guard or at your doorstep. If we are unable to deliver due to a mistake on our part, we automatically refund the amount to your Juice Cult wallet by 8:30 AM.
Juice Cleanses
What is a juice cleanse and what are the benefits? +
A juice cleanse is a program where you consume only cold-pressed juices and water for a specific period (usually 1 to 5 days). It gives your digestive system a break, flushes out toxins, boosts energy, reduces bloating, and jumpstarts healthy habits or weight loss. We offer several structured detox options on our Cleanses Page.
How should I prepare for a cleanse? +
We recommend reducing caffeine, sugar, alcohol, processed foods, and red meat 2 to 3 days before starting a cleanse. Increase your water intake and eat lighter, plant-based meals. This prepares your body and minimizes detox symptoms like minor headaches.
Payments & Wallet
What payment options do you support? +
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking via Razorpay. We also support automated e-Mandate auto-pay for subscription plans, or wallet auto-debits.
How does the Juice Cult Wallet work? +
Your wallet balance is the absolute source of truth for your credits. You can top up your wallet (minimum top-up is ₹200) to quickly pay for deliveries or swaps. Auto-refunds for missed deliveries are credited directly to your wallet. You can withdraw your wallet balance at any time (subject to a 2% + ₹20 fee).
